Cheers mate. Yeah it's 2K. The plan is to paint engine bay, door jams and inside doors at home and prep the rest at home. Fuck dude this is turning out even better than expected & fucking quickly too!
Just curious if putting coils under dash with leads going through firewall considered? Or bad idea long leads?
Send you my dust collector gtr to go crazy on if you another project...an easy fix is get a mate to drive in front of you at 60 then 80 then 100 and mark in on your speedo with some liquid paper.

I personally would rather having the coils close to the plugs so I can utilise the factory coil leads. Simply so if leads fail I don't need to get custom one's made to replace. I can just go to the local Repco to get off the shelf parts. I had alot of custom stuff on my Merc and I thought it was cool to start off with until I ever had to replace something. A little progress. Fuel lines are plumbed up. Water inj. kit plumbed. Turbo dump pipe done. Sent doors and nosecone to be sandblasted as one of the doors had a tiny bit of rust down the bottom. I want to be sure the doors are mint so sandblasting is a must. Today I stripped this side down to bare metal and placed in primer (wish I had a decent sandblaster at home for these areas) the wire wheel sucks!!!. Hoping to have the door jams and tailgate jam in paint ready for doors to go on. Also toying with the idea of pulling this engine out and buying a decent turbo/s and running an aftermarket ECU......Breaking stuff once is ignorance, twice is stupidity, three times is racing
