Ok new option list please brains trust;

1. Keep silver RZ matching numbers: swap hotside, exhaust, fuel system, (and maybe ECUs). Repair white whale (I estimate under $5k repair bill) and sell white whale, new paint, registered cage, turbo 6 speed 2j, 3.4 stroker. Question is if I'm going to sell it, am i better off parting it and keeping the rolling shell for future shenanigans? What's the white one worth fixed? (It's an rz-s)

2. Forget matching numbers, put 3.4 in the silver car, sell or part white car, and now redundant 2j.

3. Swap hotside, ecu fuel system, sell 3.4 stroker motor. (What's that worth?)

4. Just paint the dash black

Option 1 and 3 I think puts me about $10k in front (or to spend on other options)

Option 2 probably does too.

Does anyone here want or think the caged chassis is worthwhile for them? I might just advertise it with those three options and see what happens.

What's a low km built motor worth these days?

1. Most likely not Alcantara. Likely this owner just used Spotlight suede given the trim not fitted back right, the awful wheel and can't fit a number plate. So likely can't afford the 2K odd for Alcantara done right.
2. Done completely wrong, they still have the top dash as a gloss. Alcantara/Flocking is suppose to reduce glare off the dash. Would have functioned and looked better if it was inverted.

The dash panels just popped up randomly in a search, seemed ok for what they are.

Repair other go even faster around race track.

If it's not too far gone (the white one) I think it's definitely worth repairing it all and bring it back to it's former glory.

OR if two is too much. Chuck 3.4 into new supra with all the gear and sell the other stuff off.

Car wasn't for sale. This is the best one i have seen that was listed recently. I very nearly bought that one. Except the silver did it for me and mine is a local car.

Yeah they look good imo. The factory plastic is a bit ordinary, it's doesn't age particularly well.
