just thinking about it, you might wanna reconsider using the 3.08 gearset if you intend on doing some highway work.
the BTR has a fairly high 4th and will probably drop the revs down a bit too far on the torque curve?
for example. my coon has BTR and (na) barra. has 3.27 gears and does 1600rpm at 110.

also, depending on what box you have, it probably doesnt have a speedo sender.
pov pack coon utes didnt have abs, so you can get a pov ute extension housing, worm gear and sender. then using a mix of coon and commodore T5 parts, you *may* be able to get the factory speedo to work with minimal fiddling?

Picked up new complete front and rear lower control arms, plus some other bushes from torqparts
Then got home and started sorting the barra. Pulled the K frame off and other stuff I don't need. Degreased it as well. Fitted up the Rajab plenum, which came up pretty good.
Then started on the ute. Going to drop the K frame and lift the front over it
