It's also possible that I'm not a very good driver too...

Ah don't get me wrong, i'm pretty happy with how it went on the day. The car surprised me, and I surprised myself too. But of course i'm looking at what others do, it's all part of the learning curve.

Yeah for sure. Maybe a session with John Boston at Wakefield. But I'll need to sort out some better rubber before I do, and a couple of other things as well...

If you don't drive it too often and can accept slightly increased wear, I'd try get more neg camber especially if running the Cup2 (ref my pics in other thread).
In anything >19" your only choice are pretty much Cup2 and $$Pirelli Trofeo.

Post pics of your PS4S when you get a chance, maybe some here can diagnose what's going on with them. Each car is different, but you might be able to get away with cooldown lap(s) them?

Asymmetrical is something to do with the crown in the road LHD vs RHD I thought. Since SMSP is anti-clockwise, you'll be leaning on the RF. Go for the GT symmetrical settings or symmetrical at the very least.

When ar eyou planning to visit Wakefield next?

I guess it was just a matter of time for something to break....

            Broken clean in two.

I guess the dozens and dozens of launches at the strip, 500hp and 172'000kms eventually it had to give.

It lasted well all things considering, our mate with the V8 F-Type broke a mount with only 30'000kms...

The only other thing at the moment is the roof lining has separated right above the drivers seat, I'd say that's from from the helmet rubbing against it.... have pinned it up while I decide what to do about it.

Gave it an oil change while it was up on the hoist, all set for the MCM Nationals this weekend.

I replaced a pair of engine mounts at least that bad in an XKR that had 55k on the clock. Gently driven too.

                Things are happening again.

I bought these wheels in England a year and 2 weeks ago.

The longest story, probably not worth telling.

However, I can be absolutely certain this is the only set in the southern hemisphere.

                20x9" with 265/35ZR20
                20x10.5" with 305/30ZR20

This wheel & tyre combo is worth about the same as my MINI....

I saw the rims and thought "nice".

Then I saw the tyres and I was like..."niiiiiiiiiice"!

It's nuts, like something you'd see at the Bathurst 12hr or some shit, the tyre fitter who put them on said "fuck me" under his breath LOL

Cheapest on carsales is $48k, a black on black on black 2009MY like mine but without the Alcons. I actually know that car, did a few little jobs on it.

You've gotta see them in the flesh, it's just outrageous.

I want a 2nd set of these wheels now, so I can have a set with street rubber too. The semis won't fit on the standard wheels

The Tyre shop was probably expecting some combo of Wuhan Specialiced Rasing wheel and tyre bought via eBay. Then it’s probably the classiest set of wheels they’re had in the shop all year.
