    Thanks mate.
Dropped the fuel tank off for a clean today. With luck Iíll be doing more welding on the weekend.

      Progress is progress mate.

Seeing as our intended roadtrip down to Canberra didn't go as planned we may have to organise another one so I can bring that diff and subframe down.

If I pull a finger out and get the blue number on the road I reckon I might even bring it for an extended run.

So fuel tank is back from the radiator mob. Loose shit is all gone but the inside is still a mess.
Had a really good day today welding. Front is all done and one rear boot well is done. One to go and the boot floor. Decided the best solution for the boot floor is to cut it out and bolt in a flat alloy plate. Simples! No photos because lazy. Will finish the welding and take a bunch next time. Then itís simply put everything back together, give it a really good clean and then present it for rego.

              Progress. Feels good man.

This is obviously assuming all your AUX outputs are doing something. Ie idle control, and the other does water spray, and the other updates your Instagram automatically etc.

One patch on the quarter to finish off. I need to move the car to access it so it can wait. Iíve been doing little things and chasing obscure things like headlight globes and other random shit no one seems to make anymore. Boot floor is done. I made a removable panel rather than try and weld that up. Hopefully this weekend I can drag it out and give the whole car a pressure wash inside and out. Then put it together for rego. Progress is slow but satisfying.

Will that drum/resonate at all? If so, might be an idea to put a brace under it.

Or visit a mate with a pan brake or a bead roller.

"The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."
