            Nice car Chuck.
A question that I've been meaning to ask for ages for which I am sure there is a witty answer; why do you have "I own a two & a half litre Commodore" as your signature?

Dunno, I think it’s pretty cool to have a quick car that has a motor half the capacity that was available from the factory. :shrugs:

It's a total laugh that the engine with half the capacity than the original motor makes twice the power of the original motor as well.

I may have asked you before but have you checked oit the castlemain rod shop 9" conversion for these? Around 4k with drum rear or 4500 with wilwood calipers.

Whats your opinion on that kit?

Seem like reasonable value though I haven’t seen one in person. I also haven’t had a good run with the general quality of their work

Made the front mounts today (twice, which is an improvement) Need to be exactly the same and strong. The whole weight of the car (plus some) will be on these

So my mate has promised to come weld this in, is now ghosting me

I wouldn’t have started if he hadn’t said he would weld it in, Had a local welding guy come have a look this arvo and he won’t weld suspension mounts. Pretty fucked now, don’t know what to do. I’d probably have to hire a forklift or something, fucked if I know...
