Looks good Chuck. Still on track for racing in July?

No idea, it’s up to the two machine shops. Fuel pump and intercooler will be ready in the next one to two weeks. Not much I can do without parts

Changing over to AN radiator hoses for safety reasons. Need to extend the alloy pipe off the back of the water pump and couldn’t find thick enough alloy tube so had to make my own

I’m bored, seam sealed the rear tubs and gave them a coat of rhino liner (380 grams)

Made longer chucktrac bars as they only had a few threads left at full extension
Got a plasma clamp flange welded to intercooler
Finished off co2 setup and wiring
Made up and fitted a -12 alloy pickup for inside fuel cell
Extended dump pipe by an inch
Welded a new 4” v band to dump to suit new turbo
Started re-wiring to change over from ps2000 to elite 2500

                        Work/wait continues

Dunno if anyone’s interested in updates, let me know. No use posting if there’s no interest.

Core plugs fitted with stagg (which was hard to source for some reason, maybe too ol school)

Taped up head and oil pump surface. Light tap with ball pein hammer to cut the tape accurately. Fitted old filter to cover filter boss.

Two light coats and a medium coat of engine enamel (after masking off the front of the shed) that shit is toxic.

Realised I don’t have thrust bearings so they’re being overnighted from Toowoomba.
