    Which Toyos? What model?

Should I have any issues with rubbing or fitment with 275/70/17s on the lux?

Ill have a browse on them now.

I think with the slight lift it has on the front already I shouldnt have too many issues with the size i want to put on

Im going to buy a 5th rim and change the spare also

I had Hankook AT/r's on my Pathfinder. Were a great tyre and would buy again. Competent in the wet and a decent tyre on loose stuff. Didn't do anything serious but for general duties were great.

I strongly recommend taking a looking at the Bridgestone D697 in Light Truck construction, shit all over the BFG AT except for in old man credibility stakes. I got mine from Costco, awesome deal too.

You cunts Deestone tyres out there ?

We do a lot of tyre testing for a various vehicle's we offer and bang for buck Deestone is always a clear favourite.

Got Bridgestone D697's on my Patrol, do like them.
They seem to be wearing well, fuck loads better than the Maxxis shit that they replaced.

I've got good year wranglers all terrain on the work ute.

Seems to be a good Tyre and hangs on wheel on the gravel dirt etc. And handles well on Highway. Quiet and has not really effected fuel economy from the highway terrains on it before.
They are the kevlar belt so are a fair amount lighter then the steel belts as well.
Not to sure on km but work ute has more weight on rear axle then most.

Going tomorrow to whack on a set of cooper at3's

A tyre shop I know has a near new set for me. Getting a good deal at 170 each I think!

Reviews of them have been good so far

It's not so much the compounds, its that tyres like BFG's, some michelins, mickey thompson, cooper and some hercules (USA made ones which are made under brand licence by cooper) come with larger tread depth. Thats the primary reason why they last so long. Get the same complaints from customers with BFG T/A's, they harden up a lot because of the shelf life, so the last 15-20,000km can be pretty bad in the wet.

Didn't take the coopers due to the size 275/70/17 not being as common. If I'm out bush and I need a tyre at least I can find the 265/70/17 easier
