So $28990 manual plus paint either metallic $500 or 2 tone $1250
        $30990 plus paint

1100 coming to Australia this year - already some dealers are doing $33K +

I actually think it is shit value for a modern Sierra. I love them, but they should be a sub 20k proposition.

They have SUV's in the 20k range. This thing would cost more than the "traditional" SUVs to build - live axles, proper transfer, ladder chassis etc, all parts that normal cars don't use. They also cant build them as shit as the original sierras were, so they should cost a bit more

I think its shit value also, and this comes from someone who's owned nearly every Zook from an LJ50 onward, 5k less and it'd be a different proposition.

Theres a whole lot of internet buzz from the photos and videos but in reality these will still be pretty basic, small vehicles that don't go all that quick. Most people will have a look, drive one and then go buy a Kia SUV or something.

I'd love to be wrong on this though.

5k less would have been bang on yep.
I think they are ok value, but would have been bang on at the current price with six speed manual or 5 speed auto etc instead

You'll get them for 25k in 12 months once the hype has died down.

Half the people that love the look, will hate the way a solid axle 4wd actually drives.

Yeah I feel they should have got a 6 speed auto and 6 speed manual at that price with the auto being slightly more.

                              Yep, that's awesome pricing.

Pity it's 60cm too long for the Mini/Caterham spot in my garage!

Will have to buy a Caterham instead.
