The Australian dealers are saying thats not the case. Still looking at Dec launch for the first vehicles but volumes will be low for a while I think

              Fuck they're ugly.

They will sell all of them.

Timely post.... good mate up here wanted a 200, missed the boat. Half settled on a Prado, but drove past Mareeba Toyota this morning, took 1 of 2 300 series for a test drive. Deposit down (GXL @ $112k), dealer has told them at least 12 months before they see it.
                Diseasel 80 series with 100 series :w:

We are still filling the supply chain for tow hitches.

Weekly container loads of them to aus/NZ/Japan/Middle east, Aus going to sit on them maybe ?

Saw my first one in the metal, umm plastic today. IMHO They look alright, better that the 200 series. Problem with that is I'm not it's target market nor would I ever buy one

Lots of media stories of Toyotas denying the four year wait on deliveries. Guess they learnt that lesson with the "it's all sold out" Supra

I test drove a VX yesterday after ordering at the start of the week - I'm not the best non biased opinion as I am a Toyota fan boy and coming from a Hilux so anything feels nicer but the car itself really impressed me, not noisy outside like a few videos, seemed to go well enough for towing which is really why I am in the demographic, salesman has quotes 5-6 month wait
