I also think he should be held responsible for the total amount of the repairs to all the vehicles he has damaged.....i.e if total damage is $10,000 then his debt should be repayable with interest to a special fund or Organisation set up that donates crimes collections to charities(including the poor souls who can't afford insurance).

The thing that intrigues me with a case like this (random violent behaviour/propety damage) is how the offender could even explain it to a magistrate. I'd like to see the court transcripts for a case like this -
Magistrate: so what exactly did you break 40+ car windows for?
Offender:well your honour I was bored and stuff and that

I was more thinking of a not for profit organisation or the same one that runs HECS perhaps, the uninsured damage is paid for from initial government setup funds(they have been running on surpluss funds for the last few years)...this way the injured parties are not out of pocket and the criminals still have the damage debt plus interest to pay off like any normal person.

I'd like to see the court transcripts for a case like thisI hope I quoted the above correctly..Anyway, I work for a legal publishing firm and have access to all judegments of cases, which contains exact transcripts of cases and whats been said in court etc. I will be following this and will try and copy/paste what this fucktard has said in court.

Better yet, I could upload the full case, however if caught I think I will be in big trouble so don't think that's a great idea.
