Oh yeah, dont bother trying to get stock panels for sprinters anymore. It seems that the drift w@nkers have taken them all. Including ninjaing a bonnet which i had already paid for

I don't believe you. Example?
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe, and from this side only! The flight of a half-man, half-bird. Dinosaurs nuzzling their young in pastures where strip-malls should be. Cookies on dowels. All those moments lost in time; gone like eggs off a hooker's stomach. Time to die.

I have seen some on my auction lists for like $25k but they are wack job sprinters - ie. fibre panels, 4A-GE atlantic motors w/ HKS forged internals, the whole TRD catalog thrown at it

One of my Sprinters has the last set of rear quarter panels that were held in Toyota spares in OZ...:D
Never been into the drifitng 'though, I think the rust is a bigger problem than drifting, although the drifting is catching up.
That car isn't worth more than $5K. At $8k it's getting close to what an import would cost with lots of bits on it.
Plenty whinge about Sprinter prices, but it's all about supply and demand baby!!
Well, I stand somewhat corrected. Though given that is about the rarest form of AE86 you could possibly buy...
Hardly a majority thing though I surmise?
