had 3 calls in the last week about the car, arranged times with all of them to come look at the car... 3 times now i've been left sitting there waiting for people who were a no-show... fuck i'm getting sick of this shit

I have never sold a car in my life, and I'm on my 5th car.

First two went to my brother, 3rd one went to the Alfa dealer, 4th one was written off by a Citroen and a trailer.

I don't want to think about selling my car, because the first time I attempted I got stupid offers etc. One guy complained that the aircon needed regas when I didn't even state the car had damn aircon in the ad!

its not that great buying cars either.

I go and take a look at an exec. condition ae92 corolla in the middle of fucking no where. Its advertised as, central locking, p/s, aircon etc

I get there the fucking thing has a front passenger door still in undercoat grey, tries telling me its an entirely new door... but only half of it is painted...along witht the front quarter in undercoat grey

next thing, the car has a total of 1 speaker, aircon is non existant, eg never had it, the knob has put reflective sliver contact on the dash to make it fully sick, the gear knob is replaced witha fully sick race knob, but it lifts out of the socket when u change gears, he has no parcel shelf, the rims are gutter fucked, the breaks are shot even though he replaced the pads and machined them himself....

to top it off hes selling it for his cousin who lost his licence in sydney, just guess his race.

I am better at buying cars then selling them...
First car i sold was a 92 magna i bought for $150 from a mate to pull the motor for my sigma. Basically could not be stuffed in the end so i polished it up an put it out the front of my place with $950 on it. Had some annoying woman come look at it, then says her husband needs to look at it, i tell them a time an they dont show up, then they randomly show up days later as i am leaving to go out, tell them I'l be back in 20 minutes, still dont show.
Ended up selling it to sold bloke for $650 with no hassles at all

best transaction ever = UC torana. bought for $300. stuffed paint, few leaks mould growing on windows been sitting under a tree for a while.

had rego for a month. passed rego straight away. apparently it was mint mechanically. drove it for a year. replaced 1 bald tyre.

then sold it to a guy for $500. he cam and looked at it at work and took it straight away. he even came back and gave me a lift home.

3 months after I sold the GSR, the dickhead who bought it called me up and told me it had a cracked head, and tried to pin it on me and the RWC mechanic.

He knew nothing about cars, didn't get it professionally inspected, only looked at it at night at a servo.
