    Think of it this way, if you are considering not buying it, then so is every other potential purchaser and you could stand to lose a lot of money on it, and have it take a long time to sell.

      do you know when it was declared RWO?
      Was it eyars ago before the current owner got it?

        One Laser I looked at, it passed a RWO inspection in 2004.
        The Pulsar I looked at yesterday has only passed its RWO inspection a week or two ago.

          Given most people can't give away decent 2nd hand cars and prices are falling like stones wtf would you buy a repaired write off??

          Just bargain harder on a decent car.
