The thing is he was trying to impress the ladies...and excuse me if I am wrong, but owning a 360 Fezza in Perth instantly means impressive, they aren't that common around those parts. You don't need to drive like a tool when you are in a 360...a Silvia however...

Of course it is concern, and i'm all for him getting in the shit but end of the day billy bogan in his vn would go do it and it just wouldn't be plastered anywhere even though he's just as big a dickhead. Seems instantly if it is an exotic the person is no longer just a normal person but must instantly have more shit than ur average person heaped on them.

I am only taking the OP as face value. The fact that the driver was taken away from the scene by Police suggests he may have been breath tested.

Last week some old bogan gets pissed, then jumps in his KE70 van and started lapping the block. On about lap 3 he somehow manages to generate enough speed to get sideways turning into our road, then fishtail half a block (150m or so!) and finally manage to loop it, putting it up a kerb and two wheelchair ramps, through 3 railings, side on and backwards, ending up against the front of a building a few metres back from the road.
Wish I had pics, but he drove away! I heard the bang, ran up the laneway to the street and he was already sticking the dizzy cap back on, and took off into the traffic. Insane.
He was good enough to leave his rego number with us - on the numberplate attached to the front bar which fell off as he backed it out!

I just see it as hate for anyone with more money than them. fact is he's right if it was anyone else no-one would care but straight away if it is someone in an expensive car doing something like that they're an idiot.

There are about 1000 other people doing the same shit trying to impress the girls, this guy just happens to have a bigger budget to do it. Kind of over people take pleasure in other people destroying their cars.

That said it is a bad accident and hopefully the guy has learnt his lesson.. been a few ferrari's destroyed in perth this year it seems.
