In NSW you can go as big as you want in wheels as long as you keep the same rolling diameter and track.

According to RTA website you correct,rolling diameter cannot increase/decrease by more than 15mm but dumb ass cops don't know that and will defect you for being more than an inch over standard.

sorry dont know how else to explain it but the amout including the tyre. They have it stuck in their heads that because its over an inch over standard that it cant be the same height as factory.
