I stopped going after they started glueing the gear knobs on.

I went on Saturday afternoon with my wife. I was honestly surprised how quiet it was. You could pretty much jump in any car on display without waiting.

I think as far as a car show goes that it's pretty lame, but it is good if you are in the market for a new car as you can compare and contrast different makes and models on the spot. You don't get hassled by the sales staff like you do at a normal car yard either.

I hate to say it but we spent nearly the whole time checking out 7 seaters.

I just went before. got to sit in an exige and an m coupe. Some nice cars, nice girls. Got a bit bored though.

The racing sims weren't too bad.

Went last night. Spoke to Dale from High Octane and I asked him if he was trying to sell Hypers. He said no, cause as soon as people buy one they never come back to his shop. Funny that.

Worse motorshow yet. Caravans instead of bikes. Keeps getting smaller each year. Ran into heaps of people though which is always nice, including tim510.

Highlights would be the Bowden stand with '66 GT40, Brock's A9X untouched since 1979 & their Gullwing. Loving the Audi R8 and that horn red RS4 Avant. Want a BMW Z4M Coupe, such a tough little car. Surprised at how nice the Polo GTI is for the money, but it still looks like it wants to fall over. The lastest WRX STi is a good thing and I couldn't get my dad away from it. Chicks were ok, but not as good as other years....best were Mitsubishi and a smoking hot brunette on Peugeot.

I do it when i can and just avoid the Brisbane one

This was pretty much my impression of the motor show.

I'm also a big fan of the 599 GTB Fezza...what an awesome looking car...The type 29 (or type 27 made in 1929?!?!) Bugatti out the front was pretty cool too.

Mitsubishi girls were easily the best...
