Ive ridden a motorbike through central Dehli in peak hour...you guys have got nothing. I had cars touching both legs at once. Forget indicators, most Indian electrics dont work...except horns, which seem to be on a switch not a button (start car, switch on horn...drive all day). 'Freeways' which generally have a 100kph limit (that is pointless because only 4 cars in india can go that fast) are full of horse & carts, tractors & the beloved Tata trucks. The same Tata trucks that overtake on single lane blind corners in the Himalaya...you think fast when you come round a corner & have to decide whether youre headed for the edge or going to try to make it up the bank

The ONLY thing positive about the way they drive is that there is no anger in what they are doing...they absolutely are not trying to kill you, they might not be too fussed if they do, but they wont do it on purpose.

Oh, I did witness the best driver in the world...in a Mahindra ute on the road between Manali & Mandi. He was perfect, every apex nailed, used all the road & never looked like he was in trouble...just awesome.

Since being in India, nothing that people do here on the road seems even mildly interesting, let alone something to be concerned about.

Is it just me or are shit drivers more and more common of late?!

I'm finding I am avoiding at least two accidents whilst commuting to and from work each day, and it's only a 25 minute trip each way.

Dickheads EVERYWHERE I get so angry!
