And just as much chance someones stripped off all their bits, flogged them on a swede forum somewhere and then traded the car to the dealer...Originally posted by TeejayMuch of a muchness isnt it - no mods means less chance of people like having driven it... which isnt a bad thing!
How does the add go? One careful owner only driven occasionally, professionally details etc... (Stripped to bare shell and tracked on weekends and weekdays at tracks around the country - returned to stock due to new model

Thats why you get an expert check such as STi docklands or URD Auto in (in melb anyway) and your much less likely to get a stock one with mods history than one thats been treated reasonably well (unlike me who was about to purchase a stock MY99 then found out its history :rotflol: ).Originally posted by AaronAnd just as much chance someones stripped off all their bits, flogged them on a swede forum somewhere and then traded the car to the dealer...

I reckon just get an MY02 STi. MAjority of the depreciasion has already occured, and you get 90% of the thrills of later model STis (although apparently later model STi are alot better later down the track or so I;ve heard).Originally posted by XXX19XShitbreak is the epitome of perfection.
