But ya won't. Honda Oz have gone the grey cardigan marketing route. Now loud noises or bright colours out at Laverton these days.

Would that be the first 4-door Civic Type-R?

Why bring the real thing, when you can add Type-R badges and the rice burners will buy them anyway? Profit11111one~!

Wheels' test of the "real thing" makes it sound pretty lame compared to XR5 & GTI & RenaultSport 225 & MPS & VXR ... which are all around the same price as it. So I don't think it particularly matters whether we get the "real thing" or not.
Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.

Uhh.. wtf @ the torque figure on the one we're getting. It's 148kw, ok, cool, but only 193nm @5900rpm???? my 1.8 girly tiida makes 175nm @4800rpm but is only 93kw... the torque figure just seems a little low considering its 148kw....

How much would you like it to make? It's not easy getting much over 200Nm from a NA 2L.

                              rj_astra has it in one

torque is a result of capacity and stroke

we know hondas are short stroke

we know hondas are small capacity

therefore it's going to have as much torque as a Singer sewing machine

you do know how to use a 6-spd manual like anyone on P???
