There was a 1J around the manly area about four years ago but haven't seen or heard of it since. But was done quite nicely and was ridiculously quick for an EH.

BBEJ, is that a drop down glove box or just a shelf? I like the fuel filler swap too. And that's a pretty long accelerator cable!

its the nasco shelf . the accelerator cable is factory vl commodore. what do you mean fuel filler swap

Damn that looks nice. I'm leaning towards the RB30 into my EH over a V6 conversion but it seems that the 1J could be goods. I tried measuring one up and thought it was too long - obviously not.

v6 is a very common conversion. you wont get as much power without spending a lot on a v6
