Like I said, it would have been better to have no problems at all. But it's very rare that you buy a new car and have a completely trouble free run throughout the warranty period...

I don't know about you but I haven't had a major disaster happen to any of my new cars before. I think it's more the opposite that you'll be fairly unlucky to have a major problem with cars within the warranty period (all things being equal of course). I've only had one and that was in a Subaru where it decided to discharge some oil.Originally posted by Marco_VESSLike I said, it would have been better to have no problems at all. Yes there's always pressures to cut cost in every single new model that is released but they seem to maintain the quality levels from model to model.

It would have been better if I hadn't had those problems, but you'd hardly consider that disastrous.
u call a front suspension knock a niggle??
my hilux has done 25000k's about 50 passes down the strip and hasnt made 1 wrong groin, noise or studder and its built in thailand. if i spent $40k on a car i would expect it make it to 5 years with out a single fault.
can you take your car to another dealer to have warranty stuff fixed? might be worth finding out and even if you have to drive an hour to some other dealer it might be worth the effort.3 broken mitsubishi's (fuck im stupid)
