buy copies if you are happy with them, then down the track buy a decent fixed back seat and simply swap them out as needed. Its only usually 4 bolts and 5 mins of your time.

i had fixed back sparco sprints in one of my cars.
loved them - great seats.
pretty cheap easy to fit.

I just put a pair of nissan maxima ebay specials for $75 into my daily driver triton 4x4...much better than worn out stockers. had to swap rails over but no probs...
also aftermarket seats are quite dear compared to 2nd hand orig.and if you search enough you'll find a lot of wreckers sell good seats for less...theres a brisbane wrecker selling audi leather seats for $200 and other nice euro stuff too.
