      rapeseed wiki

perversely, many the plants that people want to grow for oil-substitutes: - sya, conola, rapeseed, sunflower - are the ones most likely to be GM'd and PVR-protected resulting in more profit for multinational-agribiz and zip for farmers.

seems like a good idea for a cash strapped economy...less cash going overseas.

When we (they) mow down 10000sq kms of rainforest just to put up some crops for fuel, it doesn't sound very sustainable.
