I suggest if you are concerned with down force then makeup your own ground effects kit for the underside of your car. Of course carbon fibre is expensive, but I'm sure you could rig something up with cardboard, wiremesh, balsawood and papermaché. Be sure to take lots of pics for educational purposes.

You could try the bonnet wing configuration that some late model Celicas had fitted.
The things worked so damn well they became subterrainian

Hang on.. you realize that's just the bonnet from an old US yank tank that's been put on the roof right?

As far as I know the roof scoop was to feed air back to rear engined or mid engine rally cars.
So unless you have a porsche or at least an MR2 I don't think you really need to worry about it.
Or if your gay, then you need one for the sunroof ASAP.

FWIW, the windows on rally cars do open, but if you try to drive around with the windows down you wind up covered in dirt.

Are there net regs these days for rally? I know they have introduced them for 3J.
