If so hang your head in shame.
It was, but it beat the fuck out of some gay old limo. The other was a HQ coupe with a 350 chev, so it made up for it.

If you have thumbs, you can probably manage to service your own car.

Boothy cant even make it over the gateway bridge so that’s not surprising.

I know I can service my own car, the question is should I.

Edit: do the thumbs need to be opposable

As long as all three are opposed, yes.

              service it.

i had to repair the three things the last pack of monkeys did to my car when i took it in. fucked if im going to do that again, what with buying service manuals and all.

i also enjoy doing the work, so the time factor isn't a real big issue for me...

I have to service my old Holden a lot as she's getting on now.

I wish I didn't have to, can't wait for the day.

I know a bloke with 3 thumbs. The right hand has two thumblets coming off the last single knuckle joint. Most people didn't want to shake hands with him. I said if it bothered him that much, just chop em off or something. I shook his hand whenever I saw him (mind you I have 6 fingers).

I don't recall if he serviced his own vehicle or not.

Just service it but keep all the receipts for parts and a record of when it was serviced and what was done.

For the type of vehicle and the amount of km's you're gonna put on it you will save money in the long run. Thats assuming that the money is worth more to you than half a day on the weekend every now and then?

is that why your posts are so long?

I service my car and the wife's car. I made up a page in excel that I write down what was done, the km's and I also take a photo of the odometer to show it is legit, print it all out and attach with the receipts for the oil/filter clutch etc.
I think most people would find this to be good enough.
