ALLMTR suffers stroke and is in hospital, best wishes. (was: car)
Jebus H Christ!!!!111 You leave the General Section unchecked for a coupla days and this happens. On the other hand I have found out about the stroke and also about the sitting up and talking bit within 20 minutes of each other, so that saved a lot of anxiety. Not all of it, but a lot. Renae, go hard on the diagnostics as GiantTomato said, look after yourself and Chuck and the not so little one.
There is an awful lot of affection on here for the setter-of-trends-in-carports, so make sure he knows to ask if he wants something, and don't hesitate to ask yourself if need be.
Chuck: Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery. PF needs funny and talented blokes like you.
Cheers, Richard

Chuck is going home from hospital tonight to his mom's place. He should be home here tommorow. He is very happy about the good wishes but I can guarantee you he won't take any money from anyone. He is starting to get his sence of humour back and things are improving well.
Chuck just called me and is looking foward to going back to his mums tonight,
im going to go up on sunday and see him and the family,
he definatly said he wont take any money but i reckon if we put it towards doing some work in the MTR family yard that chuck wont be able to do it will make all the difference, its only 1 hour north of syd and if we can get a few guys to come up and do some work would be awesome,
some of you might not be aware that Ren is Pregnant with there second child so doing yard work is not a option for her and having BIGmtr to look after as well just makes it even harder
he is talking very slowly still but he said the docs are confident that everything will be fine
he said to thank all you guys as it has helped Ren through this tough time by all your positive posts.
Working Bee / PF super bbq is think is the most helpful way.
With busy diaries etc it might be worth proposing a date early so member can plan around it. something like the 1st saturday after anzac day long weekend?
good to hear you are up and about chuck - chat soon.
