Just found this thread after 5 days of not being able to run my browser without the computer slowing down to a snail's pace.

Thank goodness I could read the whole topic in one go. It was such a relief to get the good news only a few minutes after I'd gotten the initial bad news.

This time last year, a close friend had a massive stroke, and over 4 days the news from his wife just kept getting worse until the other shoe finally dropped and he was declared brain dead. His body was kept on life support for almost a further week to keep his organs viable for transplanting.

Chuck, I am keen to have drinks with you Al and the boys. Al has been knocking back beers for as while too, so it will be good to sink a few again up there.

Sorry to hear all your crazy projects will come to an end, but I think its necessary given the situation. I found sticking my nose into my mates projects just as rewarding as doing it totally on my own, so you can still have the same fun without going to the extremes of taking it all on by yourself.

We are all just glad you are OK mate.
