No need to buy. Just print the letters on some A4 paper and cut them out. Tape the sheets together and bam. ULEH stencil is done.

Vacuum is providing a space for the air top be pushed into by atmospheric pressure. There is no such thing as sucking, other than Fish's thread and understanding of physics.
