Isn't another toll road like these failures coming soon? The M4 East? I know this is seen as a priority for Iemma.

Also It will be interesting to see if this budget goes ahead with the election promise of the F3 to M2 Orbital road. As that also will be a Toll road apparently.

I wonder if these issues will make the private sector hesitant to invest in any new Infrastructure partnership with the Iemma Government.

I haven't been on the Epping Tunnel thing, and doubt I'll ever use it much but it's a fucking road and the people who drive it shouldn't have to pay. It's fucking bullshit. And more to do with Carr's legacy then Iemma imo. Beat me Willsy!!
The papers and news have been whinging about this shit for ages now and nothing has changed i.e. that new toll road announced the other day to be paid for by the power sell off.

Fuck this, I'm going to stop paying taxes soon. I have no problem paying tax as long as it gets used for what it's meant to. I know this emotional stuff makes for a good story and tax money foes get spent on good things but I'm angry too now, GRRRRR!

ok, as a Brisbaneite who is going to move to sydney next year for Work aswell as being a plan to GTFO of Brisbane, is it possible to cross the Cbd without paying tolls?

I goto sydney preety regually, my office is out at Rhodes down there, i always stay in the CBD, so to get out tehre i take the anzac bridge, victoria road and conme into rodes on concorde road, no tolls

but tpo get from say Bondi/inner east where i wana live down there,. is it possible to get across without paying tolls?
