Yep, that's why there are doctors from Canada relocating to the U.S. for a better life.

Or at least what they believe would be a better life.
A lot of people (inaccurately) use net income as the sole indicator.
Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.

What makes you think i haven't? (last time was in 2007 for a 2 week ski trip to Aspen)

Lovely place to visit, but I repeat, I wouldn't really want to LIVE there

If I was pushed I would choose New York. And that's a place you dont need to own a car, so fuel price is irrelevent

And deal with guidos and guidettes? No thanks.

I can't even stand the New Yorker accent personally.

And you went to Aspen? Mate I'm jealous

Bet they don't revoke their canadian citizenship though.

HMO's and "the best health system in the world... if your bank account is big enough" is something I'd be happy to not know about myself.

Fark ours system is "bad" enough as it is.

Cheap to ski aspen when you plan the trip from Australia. I think the daily lift price ended up being about USD35/day. We had a huge 30m walk to the Gondola each morning

And what do you think we have here? There is no doubt that in Oz, if you can pay for it, you will receive faster and better health services. In some areas the public system is virtually second rate.

And yet in other areas ... the closest GP to me bulk bills, I make a booking & flash the card when I turn up and I get GP'd.
