I agree, if he didn't feel it was safe enough to do the run, he shouldn't have done the run.
But what's a fair punishment? I'm sure people's opinions of what is fair will differ depending on if it was your family mowed down, or if your sitting on the other side of the world discussing this incident on the net.Comment
