To fix that fuel gauge problem (that is common on early liberty's etc) you just pull out the pump, and very carefully clean the copper coloured wire wrap that sit's around the level sender thing.

It just get's a buildup of crap on it and it throws out the guage!

Best to use a toothbrush (with metho or some strong cleaner) and a little bit of fine sand-paper.

Well... I did some weird shit over the weekend and decided to try and throw a 98 wrx front bar on my car... only to discover what an ass it was to finish off... got some pics for those interested, though I have gone back to the stock liberty bar for the time being, as I will need a fibreglass version to finish it off properly... so what do ya's think

hahah.. I've got a 99 front bar i was gonna fit on my car but the series ones seems a lot more boxy and it didnt suit it. The first pic u posted looked pretty good but i think the bar needs a lip at the bottom coz it looks a little too round...

I've got an aftermarket bar that will bolt on. It use to be on a RS that someone here use to own. I'll take a piccy if ya want it. It jus needs to be re-fibreglassed coz the base of it is a little cracked.

no sleeping involved..jus need to clear some stuff from my shed. It suppose to be a copy of a Trust front bar. It would look good for shows and stuff but prolly be hard to drive around with it daily (it sits pretty low). It has a nice big opening for a front mount to fit

I did the bosch coil pack fixup lastnight.. car runs wickedly.. all crappy stock coils are gone.. wired up the brand new Bosch HEC715 coils.. and a lot of problems went away..
