Why not, some reckon the SVX already is.
Subaru Leone RX? I passed over one 12 years ago and have wished I bought it ever since. They were the first 4wd turbo to be sold in Australia and had a pretty strong motorsport history as well.

              e30 m3 without a shadow of doubt..
              orginal GSR lancer
              pulsar GTiR

i think alot of todays hot hatches will eventually become classics, even though some have been sold in large volumes.. golf gti springs to mind...but probably the 90's hot hatches such as the 4age powered corollas (ae92?) and the swift GTI

i dont think anyone will miss the satria GTi though..hopefully

I reckon you lot are too old.
While an S13, Swift GTi, twin cam corolla etc may never be collectible like an XU1 or GTHO, it may certainly be desirable like a 1600 or RX3 is now. I sure wouldn't mind a clean original Silvia turbo.

Likewise the original WRX and the Evo 5/6 dominated rallying and were "THE" car to have back then. They were the hero cars to anyone growing up at the time (remember the v8s had become irrelevant from the silhouette formula). That's sure to make them desirable even though they weren't rare in any way (but nether were Monaros, LJ Toranas or XYs).

Yeah but most are thrashed to the shithouse.

So a neat one should be worth a bit when cunts want a "mini GTR"

There's a car yard round the corner from me advertising a "1 of 1" Brock Falcon (XF I think??). I keep meaning to see what the story is with it...

edit, maybe it's one of these:

suddenly 1 of 1 looks even less appealing than it did (if that's possible...)

There was a few of the brock falcons made (I have 16 in my head but I don't think that is right). I think they are a peculiar car that actually might be worth something, if only for weirdness value. Most of the ones that I have seen have been dark red.

Apparently there were 127 EA Spacs, 18 Fairlanes, 10 Fairmonts and the odd wagon and ute build by Brock.
