I still know an 80ish yo that runs a hillclimb car and complains he's not an outright contender any longer...usually 3rd or 4th these days when he runs!

The Ontario "Street Racing" law has had some unintended consequences. A garbage truck was nailed for doing 112 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone. The driver was fined $2000, and the garbage truck was impounded for a week. My question is, did they clean it out before they impounded it? It sure would have been rank after being impounded for a week.

The law celebrates its first anniversary in a few days, and there has also been a drop in the road fatalities since the law came in. It'll probably be expanded to other provinces.
