I got offerd a series 1 TL50 late last year for $15k! Genuine 1 owner, low build number in top condition. The owner wanted to buy a new HSV Grange since Ford ditched the LWB models and got offered $6k for it. Plus he reckons the TL50 pulled just as hard down low. He's still got it, maroon. Yeah I know all that but it seems like a logical progression, big bad LS7 in the parts bin etc. maybe gay was the wrong description. Anyway the whole concept worked. Who do ford think they are trying to fool with yet another stripe package, lets see first was the Black/gold 40th anniv. model, then the cobra, the R-spec, then the 5th anniv. GT, now the GS. It's because it's a rip-off. Who would pay ~$150k for a GTS with 800cc more? Add to that it only does 12's for the money. Fuck that, lol. Factor in that ridiculous interior styling and the shitty gearbox and you got yourself one overpriced GTS.
