Styled themselves into a hole long ago and running out of ideas. Thats what i hate about holden and their coming out with a new model every 5 seconds bullshit. There's nowhere to go anymore so they just add "stuff" so you get more "stuff".

They need to take a good look at europe or even, god forbid, FPV, to see that cars can look tough without looking like a complete back yard job suitable only for the most sonny-bill-williams of the sonny-bill-williams haircut people with the rattyest of rats tails

completely disagree jambo . model every 5 seconds ? they havent changed the design one zot in over 3 years .why look to Europe ? and Fpv designs are miles behind,far less cohesive ..... If thats the design I think the sedan looks alright , i dont mind it bearing in mind they probably havent got the money to do much. Wagon front looks total crap but it's also looks like a photoshop too i think so who knows.

The sad thing is that it's probably an accurate reflection of those who aspire to own a HSV...but it probably isn't an accurate reflection of those who actually have the money to go and buy one.

Then again, HSV sales are booming and the relatively subtle Senator is a fairly rare sight compared to the more out-there Clubby and GTS, so what the hell would I know.

I kinda wish they would build a car that wasn't too far off the SS visually but with all the other HSV good bits (engine, suspension, seats). Sadly I think HSV stopped building that kind of car long ago. Call me biased, but I think the current SS is pretty well on the money looks-wise without being over the top.

(And yeah, the guy with the orange car prefers things on the subtle side. Oh, the ironing.)
