    Yeah, i was thinking at the wheels, 200-210kw is about what ive seen, rough mental arithmetic failed me though, its more like 280hp

          Its the restrictor which gives it that top end... not the motor itself.

              Can only flow around 350hp worth of Air sucking thru 36mm, E85 gives a bit more oxygen.

                          yeah the little 1600 died race 1 lap 4, he gave it a fair overrev in the esses, the new engine goers in next week with 100kg of ballast due to engine block change , hope the new engine makes a fair bit more than the 1600

                            1.15.1 - is that the record?

                            with the ballast, if i were changing the block i would go for gold and build a b20, as the penalty is no different. or a K20a if i won lotto.

                              nah he lowered it to 1.14.9 last state round but if conditions were right... no wind and not a dusty track and new tyres a mid 14 would of been on the cards.
