    Over here, 10km/hr over the limit doesn't even rate points.
    • 0-10 km/hr in excess of posted limit - 0 points
    • 11-20 km/hr in excess of posted limit - 2 points
    • 21-30 km/hr in excess of posted limit - 3 points
    • 31 km/hr and over in excess of posted limit - 4 points

    They use the same 12 points within 2 years system.
    • first time suspension is 2 months
    • 2nd and 3rd time suspension is 4 months

      Same as WA, it's no points but a $50 fine up to 10km/h over the limit.
