I can't help thinking he'd be better off going for a Jaguar XJR Group C racer replica as he should be able to get hold of a Jag V12 fairly cheaply and easily over there and it's not that far off what they actually used (albeit a 7.0L race version)

The Mercedes/Sauber C11 would also be quite cool and it actually used a V8 so at least it would sound right with a (twin turbo) v8.

Your a prick, wanting someone to either have 1/ A Jag V12, enough said or 2/ a car that will fly into the air the first crest you go over!

After reviewing the pics of his front suspension design, I'm concerned he's going to run out of travel in his upper spherical bearings very bloody quickly!
"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

Have a look at the spherical at the top of the upright, and how much of the angularity of the wishbone's rod ends is already used up sitting at ride height...

Actually, there are a handful of rotor workshops in the UK, and quite a few grey market FDs about (and a few standard imports too). Not sure about how popular the 8s are, or the older cars. Relative to the size of the population, it's small, but there's definitely a 'scene'...

No rotary = Meh. It'll never be close to a 787 without one.

A shell sold about 24 months ago. Peaking I didn't have the money to purchase it. Though I wouldn't have had the expertise to actually make something with it lol.
