This thread is full of fail. After reading it though I realised my 2JZ manifold (bought from a quality vendor on eBay) wouldn't fit with the factory studs. I didn't really think about it at the time but now I'm all upset. Should I take it much much further?

(BTW I ended up using studs from the original turbos which are the same as the manifold studs but a bit shorter... so technically you can do this with "factory studs".)

yes norbie i cannot believe you havent already taken this further... and by further i do not mean contacting the person who sold you the item (ie ebay) you should however start a thread stating how outraged you are with ebay that they did not supply you with a manifold that could fit your oem studs...

after they respond you should also attempt to make a bet with them whereby you profit from having your car sitting off the road waiting for various workshops on your end to do the work...

Fuck me, the proposal Warin put up for testing, which ed cut and pasted is the biggest joke I've ever heard. So basically, some cock tard, that has started a thread spanning 15 pages slagging me, wants me to pay for dyno time, build another manifold, and if I'm right, the same clown who started all the shit is going to put my name on his race suit and car?? Anyone know how to get peoples personal details from a forum username if this guy decides to go all quiet or won't contact me?? As per my last post on the supraforums site, I'm fed up with fags like this spreading unfounded bullshit and costing reputable businesses money, and if he refuses to do the testing, I will be taking it further with legal action.

PS R31's are soooo last year, VX's are the new R31's, but only receive cred when fitted with the obligatory skid rims on the rear:D
