    Nothing stopping you running a e36 M3 3l in a E30 in IPRA
"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

Yeah, diggers had a shitload done to it to get there, both in construction, parts and coin.

I'd love to have a run in that puppy.

        m10's are the bizniz anyway.

Feel free to give us a run down of what it takes to make a 210+rwhp M20 though for IP.
I think you're confusing the Vic E30 class which runs with IP. If you were building an E30 for IP proper you could run a 3.2 E36 motor with plenty of work done.

This is Clement's (ex Justin Wade) IPRA E36 M3. IIRC they were claiming over 400FWHP, certainly enough to munch the Hollinger on the weekend at Lakeside.

i thought it was a bit under 210hp at the rears? so that would be about 270 at the crank. And yeah, stroked. Has the same running gear as I do (but ive got a bigger cam).

was @ the fly. He's quoted 220 @ rears before.

is that for your silver E30? Or the black E21?

Guido, that thing is quicker than it used to be. Qualified in a 58.91 I see. Done shat on Aaron's Silvia out of Carousel!

Yeah, looks like it is really starting to work now. Never seemed to be that quick before, but I think Wade was running a stock 3.2 for a while.

Pretty good time on such shit tyres.

this is where my M3 is headed eventually, but I am looking for more power than that from 3 litres...

black e21. Cam is stupidly big, needs the new bottom end under it asap. Hope to be able to take it out of its tomb with time off over christmas. Put the head on the new block and mount the edis stuff. Kinda interested to hear it running with efi and throttles. Be nice to start stripping the body back too and get it in some epoxy primer.
