White and black works the best on M3's for me. There are a couple out there which have white so bright its virtually straight tinter, when you combine it with the "shadow chrome" trim sections, the contrast is brilliant.

Short reply. No.

None will do low 13's, not unless you spend some coin on motor builds or engine swaps, so the budget is out. Got to remember these things are at best, 20 years old now, at worst, a few years short of 30, they arent balls out performance cars. 170hp and 1200kg doesnt exactly make for quick 1/4 mile times.

If you want 13's for 10k, better off buying an already modified ls1 commodore, probably fall within the budget and would crack into the 13's.

For people on a budget, cutting weight out can also work better than going spazzo on an engine in these things (so long as you get the spring rates right for a gutted car and don't take too much weight from the rear-end)
