Show me a 3.8 for under 200? There was a white one with 70 k kms that recently sold for 170 ish but high kmsOriginally posted by T99 View PostGee Steve, these things must be going up in price? A friend sold his 2010 3.8L GT3 with 4Kkms last year for not that much more. Jackie's Dad traded his 996.1 cab last week at Porsche GC and got way more than I thought. They wanted it on the spot though, his new car won't be here till June.

This was last year. Asking price was over $200K. Selling price was not the asking price. In the last six months, prices seem to have stabilised somewhat. I guess there is a lot more confidence in the buying market. While we were sitting in the dealership on Friday, there were two more orders being done up. Rewind 12 months and they were loaning new Porsches as drive cars while cars were getting serviced.Originally posted by spiller View PostShow me a 3.8 for under 200? Real Porsche being an aircooled one

I drive through an industrial estate going to work. One of the panel shops always has a cool Porsche parked out front. 95% of the time, its a mint 928. I've also seen a white 930 there. This morning, I was early this morning and managed to see the owner (presumably) turn up in his silver 993 turbo.
So much want.
Pretty sure he also has a nice E34 M5. Car collection is on point.

the base 996 and 997 are awesome cars, and fast but I wonder when they're going to stop depreciating
