I was talking about the plates on kia and hyundai's featured. The pics in the first post weren't loading properly before, only saw the hello kitty pic with the fuzzed out plate, and figured you were all talking about the later plates, now realise you werent, so I downloaded them with orbit (which I ought need therapy for doing) yep - it is the first character for taiwan " 台湾 " (god knows if that will come out ok) .
