Niggers suggesting brumby's, L series, MY or vortex need to give themselves a polite whipping. They are fucking horse and carts with the horse replaced with an engine.

I doubt you would fit much in an impreza wagon once you fitted a cage. There's not really any difference between the two in space anyway.

A 2wd is no big deal if you want to fit a fuel cell in the boot anyway, you can get the rear xmember with the box and diff if you go through the right channels.

The biggest issue is going to be with the lowmount turbo. It fits with a PW V mount on a GD chassis but anything prior to that will be a different story.
Not really a deal breaker considering the planned cage etc as you can cut out the lower rad support and bar it in but the vee mount probably won't work so you would need to go with something like Stephen K's radiator or the Jeep rad I used in the H6 impreza.

May as well buy an early lib sedan for $50 off Marv. Same as a GC but without the stigma.
