Can't comment on any of the models you've mentioned, but I'm running some Sumitomo HTR Z3's, and they're ace. If you look on the tirerack testing they outperformed some classy rubber that cost twice what I got these for.
Daily - VF SV6. Former daily, now with more up on blocks - S15 200SX. Weekends - 149 EH Holden Special. Project - EH Premier. More schizo than ever!

the Direzza Z1's are 11tybillion good for being grippy/feelsome enough for regular 'spirited' driving.

but much faster wear rates... so if you drive daily, maybe a bit of a waste...

Ive noticed all variations of Federal 595s going pretty cheap even in wide sizing.. anyone got input versus some of the more expensive stuff?

Waste of time versus Toyo T1R, etc?

edit: are most of the above suggestions on similar levels to T1Rs? Currently running 17x245s, was considering going up slightly to 255 or 265 on my GTR..

                  f1 asy -
                  1) theyre ok but not as good as the ps2 for steering feel (subjective)
                  2) they are cheap as chips in MY, <500AUD for 4 X 215/45/17 fitted, balanced and 4w aligned
                  3) they didn't last very long... 16,000kms in a daily driver 140hp FWD, because of the asy you don't get to rotate them so much) if you experience is the same as mine you get to do this again soon...
