              Father in law picked one up on sat from (in Melb).
              46k, auto, silver. The series 1 run out deals means the E2 HSVs are going cheap also. You will just be a little stuck for choice (chose from whats on the show room floor)

                  Maloo GXP - List is 61k and as above going for 46+. Manuals are few and far, But it's a lot of car for the coin.

                      Rang dealer. Spoke to sales manager. Told 42k cheapest they can do for a series2 or swap me a black or white one and window tinting as a perk lol. Looks like I'll be getting my deposit back.

                                Playing hardball how? Looks to me like they thought they could get a silver one, turns out they can't, and have offered either a different coloured MY10 at the same price as the silver one or a latest model one for a bit more. The Series II one won't have the same level of factory incentives to clear old stock attached as the MY10 would, so it stands to reason that it's going to cost more.

                                Maybe one option is to call a few other dealers and see what they quote you for a Series II to see if $42k is a good deal or not?
