Most cars go over speed bumps smoother at around 60. Get him to try it again at 30.

Probably Cathy. Tony B's turbo MX5 race car is pretty farkin quick too, but not the same league in a straight line. Flat biscuit, probably Fez 365 V12 at 230-240 odd. Been on way faster bikes though.

Thread hijack: 10 second car vs 10 second bike. The car feels faster to me. I can't explain why. Maybe the amount of mass that has to be moved. Maybe it's the smoothness of the engine and chassis on the bike.

I've owned several litre sports bikes now and they just don't feel fast in a straight line anymore. Of course, it could be my AIDS flaring up.

Most comfy - like Bill, 1977 bedford bus - only because I could take a nap, play the playstation, watch a movie, roast a chicken, make a cup of tea etc. etc. all while trundling down the highway at a cruisy 95 flat out.

if you were passenger, you could also just swing open the front doors of the bus, lean out (hang on!) and take a piss out the side.

Bought it for $4k, sold it for $5k after 2 years and about $10k spent on it and roughly the equivalent of 7 trips across Australia. Fun times.
