Trailer had rego at the time of the accident so the Insurer can't use that as an excuse to not pay...

no still had 3 weeks of rego when the smash happened..

as for rego, as long as it was rego'd at the time of the accident it doesn't matter.

thats what im worried about i rang a few places this morning and replacment cost with the same size dove tail bed 15x6.6ft, mag wheels, winch, LED lights and the extra tie down points was $4500

Yeah trailers are like eighty bucks with Shannons... money well spent even if it's just to avoid this type of situation. Also covers theft, etc of course too. The beauty is you claim from shannons, then they have to worry about the other person

you should be covered i have heard of this happening to a couple of other people and they fixed em up for any damages.

tell the cunts insurance company it was an enclosed trailer but the impact was so hard it disintegrated the enclosed part, try and get an enclosed one off the insurance dogs :rotflol:
